Sandra Yavar

Sandra Yavar was born in the beautiful city of Lima, Peru. From a small child, Sandra showed her inclination towards music. As a descendant of famous musicians and composers, the music was in her soul.

Sandra Yavar true love for music and her career started to reach the United States when she decided to study in a local college in California. She became the winner of many major singing competitions. Nationally, she won "Star Search" in Spanish, representing Los Angeles, California. Her career in television included many appearances on the International television Spanish show named "Sabado Gigante". She has shared stages with artists like Tito Nieves, Leo Dan, Alvaro Torres, La Banda Blanca, Yuri, Dino Duran, Manuel Donayre, and many more.

On account of her achievements this participation led her to be in the International Festival OTI. Sandra Yavar artistic experience led her to also work as a judge on the television show, "Cuanto Cuesta el Show, on channel 22 in Los Angeles.

In 2002, she resigned from television and her singing career to embrace the joys of motherhood, thus she withdrew from the stage. But like any artist, her passion and soul for performing could only sleep for a while to wake stronger than ever.

In 2008, Sandra Yavar returned to the show business and was reunited with her former band. Since then she has been in the studio rehearsing and preparing for all her upcoming shows under the guidance of her Director Musical Dino Duran, who has accompanied Shakira in her latest Video.

Her band has been performing in events like Festivals, Weddings, Quinceaneras, Private Parties. Sandra Yavar resides in the city of Los Angeles, but she is willing to travel to other cities.
