Living there for over a decade, she came to learn and embody the rich culture, language and music that surrounded her. In 2007, she was invited to sing at Baretto, the internationally renown piano bar of the Fasano Hotel in São Paulo. Her weekly shows with the Mário Edson Quartet were a success with fans and led to performances with her group at theaters and venues throughout São Paulo.
