  1. Crescendo says:

“Nestled along Washington, DC’s historic Georgetown is the nation’s most profound jazz supper club “Blues Alley” — home to the best of jazz, star studded performances, and fine cuisine. That’s exactly where CRESCENDOjazz.com caught up with [this band] that showcased a powerhouse performance during two packed spring concerts that wowed audiences from start to finish.”

  2. Examiner says:

“Many have compared [the lead singer] to Chrissie Hynde (the Pretenders) but her vocals are a little less gritty than bad girl Hynde and closer to fellow blonds Terri Nunn of Berlin and Nancy Sinatra. The band effortlessly transitions between songs that are sultry and bluesy, upbeat and cheerful, and serene and reflective. In between songs [the lead singer] reveals her inspiration behind the always personal lyrics.

  3. 411 says:

“Lead singer… was bathed in blue as she took the stage at New York City’s Crash Mansion. Dressed in a tan skirt and black spaghetti strap tank top, the svelte singer looked every bit the downtown city slicker. [This band], which originally hails from Washington, D.C., created a solid musical foundation, particularly when the spotlight shone on the crisp, unrelenting, and commandeering guitar skills. In fact, [this band] seemed to hit their stride when the focus was not solely on [the singer], but when lyrics and arrangements showcased the musical equilibrium established among all six members.

  4. Music Connection says:

“The band performed a mix of selections and its evident that individually and collectively that they are experience live performers. [This band] is a professional group with drive and ambition.”
