Toronto Magician

This Toronto Magician has been astonishing and entertaining Canadian audiences with a unique blend of truly sophisticated magic for the past 10 years. He is a magician specializing in sleight of hand and psychological subtlety. Rather than relying on specially manufactured boxes and dancing assistants, he creates magic with ordinary objects, his own hands and even members of the audience. The experience of magic is ideal for creating memories which last a lifetime. He has performed across Ontario for small intimate audiences and on large stages creating performances which are “thought provoking, funny, astonishing and thoroughly entertaining.”

His 2012 one-man show, Lies, Damn Lies & Magic Tricks was featured at the Hamilton Fringe Festival and the Summerworks Performance Festival in Toronto. In 2013 this Toronto Magician teamed up with Calgary magician, Tyler Wilson, to create Illusions of Grandeur, an intimate close up magic experience for audiences of just twenty people. His 2014 show, The Uncertainty Project at the Wychwood Theatre forced audiences to reconsider the way they view the world around them. Currently he is the host and producer of a weekly live show, Magic Tonight, which features popular local performers and special guests from around the world and also helps to nurture new and up and coming talent.

His magic has appeared on TV with CBC, Global, Rogers TV, CP24, City TV and The Naked News. This Toronto Magician opened for the rock band Garbage on their 2012 reunion tour. He created original magic for companies including Wendy’s Canada and Scotiabank.

He has been a feature performer of Senior Sorcery, a community outreach program organized by Magicana to bring live entertainment to those in retirement and nursing communities. He has also created a series of extracurricular magic workshops for children currently being taught across the Greater Toronto Area.

He has produced performances for visiting performers from the United States and Europe including Asi Wind (Israel), Dani DaOrtiz (Spain), Vincent Hedan (France) and Eugene Burger (Chicago). This Toronto Magician is able to create events from the organizer’s point of view and understands how to make events run in a seamless and stress free way.
