This Cleveland Harpist is an electric harpist singer songwriter. She emerges with a signature sound of her own that covers genres from alternative to rock, jazz and more. Her show pays homage to some of Floyd’s most popular songs. Cleveland’s rock harpist & creator of “Harp Rock”-Recognized by Cleveland Magazine as "One of Cleveland's Most Interesting People.” Her version of ZZ Top’s “Gimmie All Your Lovin’ “ can be heard on 20th Century Fox “Bones.”

Influences: Anita O'Day, It’s A Beautiful Day, Jefferson Airplane, Diana Krall, Julie London, Mazzy Star, and Billie Eilish and Lana Del Ray.

Cleveland Harpist beginnings

As a child, this Cleveland Harpist was moved by the elegance and tone of the harp, and began her formal studies at age twelve and then later attended Ohio University where she majored in harp performance. Upon receiving a call to play in Cleveland for the king of Jordan, she returned and shortly thereafter began her private practice teaching over 26 students and formed a harp ensemble.

This Cleveland Harpist achieved professional status in Cleveland as she was seen around town playing at House Of Blues, The Renaissance, Cleveland's Playhouse Square, Brothers Lounge, The Metropolitan at The 9, Cleveland Museum Of Art, Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame and Museum, Cleveland's Public Hall, and the list goes on- Including a ten year engagement at the Ritz Carlton enjoying impromptu performances with rock icons including Robert Plant, Rodger Daltry, Billy Joel, etc. The sessions could go on for hours and the seeds for “Harp Rock” were taking root.

This Cleveland Harpist produced and released her first recording in 1992 “Golden Harp Lullabies”. The sheer magic of recording “Egyptian Harp Dreams” in 1997 contains a collection of Egyptian folk songs dating as far back as 896 AD truly representative of the unique mysticism of ancient Egypt.

Independently, this Cleveland Harpist has recorded 4 CD’s. “Harp Rock” caught the attention of Fox producer/creator (Hart Hanson) of the popular weekly show “Bones” and Kristy's version of the ZZ Top classic Gimmie All Your Lovin’ was heard on an episode of the show.
