This band is the collaboration of two of L.A.’s most promising Jazz/Funk/ R&B visionaries — Scott, 2005 N.A.A.C.P. Theatre Award-winning musical director, bassist/trumpeter/vocalist, a native of Baltimore, MD and multi-talented guitarist/lead vocalist Earl (Improm2, Stephanie Mills, BeBe Winans, Euge Groove) a Chicago son.With their second CD under development (hopefully as a major release), they (with the addition of several Los Angeles area All-Stars) have established a sound that is sophisticated and funky! Their live stage shows have been described by the local jazz press as “… (jazz supergroup) ‘FourPlay’ on performance-enhancing substances.”
