This New York Celtic Group made its debut on QVC-TV for 4-5 million folks. One of its song hit No. 1 in the World Billboard Charts (May, 2009). They recently toured Albany with a virtual sell out of nearly 1000 tickets for the Egg Performing Arts Center and Chautauqua Amphitheatre’s 2600 participants responded with a resounding standing ovation.
This Celtic Rock Band is an American Fiddle Rock band from San Diego, CA. Formed in 2007, they have played hundreds of shows and released a 5-song EP in 2010 and an all-original, full-length album called in 2011. Joining New Folk Records in October of 2011, they returned into the studio to record a new 6-song EP titled, sset to be released in March 2012.

They bridge the gap between traditional and modern celtic, gypsy and bluegrass inspired popular music with an enthusiasm that is contagious and eclecticism that knows no bounds.
This San Francisco Celtic Singer was born in the Clyde Valley town of Johnstone, Scotland. He began singing at age 6, before taking up the guitar at 16. Early musical influences included his parents’ Scotch/Irish repertoire sung around the house, as well as his grandfather’s great tenor singing at family gatherings: Scottish folk standards, WW I & II songs and John McCormack, and Liturgical church music.
Since forming in 1988, this San Francisco Celtic Band has delivered a globally-renowned hybrid of high-energy folk rock fusing Irish reels, Scottish ballads, Norwegian influences and other world music elements. The last 22 years have seen the San Francisco Bay Area based act release twelve critically acclaimed CDs and play more than 2,000 gigs.
Together since 1993, this New York Celtic Band is one of the world’s foremost Celtic rock bands. They have released ten CDs. In January, 2008, the Kingston, New York Freeman Times said that “[this band] plays with a cohesive oneness that most bands never get. They are a regional music treasure.”
This New York Irish Band is an original, innovative blend of pop-rock music with a dash of Celtic/Irish flavor and a subtle, but sincere, uplifting/joyful message. The band is led by the front man. As a songwriter, he has had over 140 songs recorded by well-known rock artists, including Cher, Michael Bolton, Judas Priest, KISS, Kathy Mattea, Bob Carlisle, Rebecca St. James, Jump 5, Maire Brennan and countless others. He has published over 975 songs and his songs have sold more than 30 million units.

This New York Celtic Band latest CD was named the Number 1 Irish Voice Record of the Year for 2008. Mike Farragher of the Irish Voice writes that this band is “quintessential Irish Americana” and that their new release is “the soundtrack of your life set against a diverse musical back drop that includes alternative country, modern rock, traditional melodies, and playful funk.”
