Detroit African Drummer 1

This Detroit African Drummer was born in Detroit and has been an African Drummer Lorist for over 25 Years. He has studied formally and informally with African and African American Master Musicians from Continental Africa, the African Diaspora, and throughout the United States.

His studies have taken him to Africa, the Caribbean and throughout the United States. He performs locally, nationally and internationally in a wide spectrum of musical genres. He currently resides in Detroit, Michigan and teaches Africana studies at Wayne State University.
