The BRUCE HUGHES BAND has, for over 3 decades included some of the best musicians in southwestern Washington. Some of the past performers have been Richard Harris, Mike Corman, Lou Brown, Mate Ward and Sheila Broom, to name a few.

The "Trio" that is today's Bruce Hughes Band with Bruce, Bob Carter and Jim McDowell continues with that tradition. A tradition what has always included the "feel good" dance music that Bruce is renowned for.

The band primarily plays the best rock and soul of the 60's and 70's but you may well catch on any given night a great rendition of a country standard or a great blues song. The group has a wide variety of music to select from. "We’re interested in good music, we seek it out and perform it regardless of type or style, and we make everything our own anyway".
Bruce also works in a duo with Sandy Murchy. Sandy is one of the premiere vocalist's in the Northwest.
