Robert
Jorgensen, pianist, gave his first solo
piano recital at the age of nine, with the confidence
and exuberance that have become the hallmark of his
playing. Over the many intervening years, he has
explored and performed not only a vast amount of
piano solo, chamber music, and concerto repertoire,
but most of the sonata and concerto literature for
strings, woodwinds and brass.
Working with singers, he has become well-acquainted
with art songs and operatic arias.
For many years, he has presented and participated in
a number of concerts each season, enriching his community,
and giving many younger musicians the chance to be
heard and recognized. Read More
