Anthea and Lawrence have been making music together

Old-Timey, Contra-dance music and traditional ballads.
Lawson's guitar playing is showcased on the Fiddlehead
CD, and he is often praised for his tasteful accompaniment.
Though their music tends toward the Irish tradition,
Lawson and Anthea can step out with hot banjo and fiddle,

Lawson Dumbeck on guitar, banjo, and bodhran.
Fiddlehead plays an exciting blend of Celtic music
and song. Comfortable playing intimate pubs, large
concert halls, music in the park, Highland games,
or at the starting line for thousands of runners,
Fiddlehead diversity and musicality deliver excellent
entertainment.
The distant drone of pipes, sweet ballads sang in
Gaelic, upbeat jigs, melodic airs twining between
guitar and flute, fiery reels driven by the fiddle;
all this is part of a Fiddlehead performance. Fiddlehead
is frequently joined by top Irish dancers from Northwest
Irish dance schools. Performing in both hard and soft
shoes, the dancers add color and pageantry to an already
rich performance.
