This guitarist has taught and performed for people of all ages and backgrounds. His formal training is both extensive and diverse: past teachers include Sonny Sharrock, Jeff Brown, Jamie Williams-Grossman, and Chris Amelar. He has had a semester of study in classical guitar at George Mason University; three years at The National Guitar Summer Workshop; one year at the Mozartina Conservatory.

This musician is interested in many styles of music and music theory. He has performed in rock groups, Blues Bands, a classical guitar trio, playback theater, string quintets, and the Eclectic Chamber Music Ensemble. He also performs solo classical and improvisational guitar both publicly and privately.
