The Crusma String Quartet is dedicated to providing elegant music for all special occasions: weddings, receptions, parties, banquets, dedications, conventions, or any events that would be enhanced by beautiful live music.

The quartet has been performing in the South Sound area since 1994. Its members are local musicians with 150 years of combined experience performing and teaching music.

The quarted is comprised of Randal Johnson (violin), Mary Ann Lundberg (violin), Anne Edwards (viola) and Judi Martin (cello).

David Franklin has taught and performed for people of all ages and backgrounds. His formal training is both extensive and diverse: past teachers include Sonny Sharrock, Jeff Brown, Jamie Williams-Grossman, and Chris Amelar. David has had a semester of study in classical guitar at George Mason University; three years at The National Guitar Summer Workshop; one year at the Mozartina Conservatory.

Robert Jorgensen, pianist, gave his first solo piano recital at the age of nine, with the confidence and exuberance that have become the hallmark of his playing. Over the many intervening years, he has explored and performed not only a vast amount of piano solo, chamber music, and concerto repertoire, but most of the sonata and concerto literature for strings, woodwinds and brass.

Working with singers, he has become well-acquainted with art songs and operatic arias.
