The number of musicians ranges from one solo guitar but depending on
the event, the average gig usually has about three musicians (two
guitars and vocal or percussion). To give the music a verbal
description, it could reasonably be said the music consists of a sensual
blend of Spanish flamenco rumba with shades of bossa nova, jazz and
salsa that makes for a delightful evening to be remembered.
The Spanish style guitar with the variety of music is what sets it apart
from other live music performed. The performances have shown to be
mesmerizing as well as enjoyable for a very diverse crowd. Perfect for a
romantic evening of wine tasting or turn up the energy and take it to a
dance club; the music can be tailored to suit almost any occasion.
Performances have taken place in venues located throughout the Southern
California area. Some of these places include Café Sevilla (Long Beach
and Riverside), San Manuel Casino (Highland), Tia' Juanas (Irvine) Tapas
(Newport Beach), The Conga Room (Los Angeles), The Tuscany Club
(Fullerton), Cali Grill (Ontario), Hyatt (Irvine), Tantalum (Long Beach)
among others.

This band: trumpet player and band leader Marina has been playing trumpet for more than 20 years.
Describing her trumpet playing would be similar to the
feeling you get when walking under an air blowing vent
or riding the mechanical horse one too many times -
pleasant with a slight shafing feeling.
Marina's most proud moment was performing at the Great
American Music Hall, opening for the "B-Side Players",
this was a break though point in her music writing career,
when she started fusing salsa with funk, and mixing
Spanish and English lyrics. She currently spends most
of her time writing the music for this band and
perfecting her vocal abilities. More>
